Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Hotel Reservationist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest bookings are processed in accordance with the hotel's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee a seamless experience for all guests.
  • Address and resolve reservation inquiries, adhering to established selling procedures and pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and hotel amenities, effectively communicating these to guests to enhance their experience.
