About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and approachable individual to join our team as a Green Hub Volunteer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and non-judgmental experience for visitors to our Green Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide information about our services and events
  • Answer questions and provide support to visitors
  • Signpost visitors to other sources of information and support
  • Assist with events and workshops
  • Help maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Provide a supportive and encouraging environment for visitors

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is approachable, friendly, and has good communication skills. You will need to be able to commit to a regular weekly shift of 3-6 hours.
