About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Green Hub Volunteer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging experience for visitors to our Green Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome to the Green Hub
  • Answer questions and provide information on our services and resources
  • Signpost visitors to other sources of information and support
  • Assist with events and workshops, including setting up and taking down equipment
  • Help maintain a clean and tidy environment within the Green Hub
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and climate change, and who is able to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to commit to a regular weekly shift of 3-6 hours.

What You'll Gain
