About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Green Hub Volunteer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging experience for visitors to our Green Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering their questions and providing information on climate change and sustainable living.
  • Help visitors access customer services from the Library of Things and provide support with surveys and data entry.
  • Assist with setting up information displays, events, and workshops, and help maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Support the Green Hub Coordinator in ensuring the smooth operation of the Hub.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to commit to a regular weekly schedule of 3-6 hours.
  • Passion for sustainability and climate action.
