Job Summary:
FFR Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing sound financial management, exercising strong compassionate leadership, and supporting the organization through a period of change as we utilize technology to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate financial data to all parties at all times.
• Maximize profit opportunities and control costs effectively.
• Lead and manage the finance team and volunteers, as appropriate.
• Oversee all financial operations, including monthly management accounts, end-of-year procedures, financial audit, and final accounts preparation.
• Coordinate auditor input for statutory accounts.
• Provide financial input to Derian House Hospice Shops Trading Company, preparing monthly accounts and end-of-year procedures.
• Prepare and review VAT returns for submission.
• Manage financial systems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, financial processes, and controls, including payroll arrangements.
• Support the CEO in developing and maintaining risk registers.
• Participate in strategy development, implementation, and monitoring, as well as business plans and projects.
• Contribute to negotiations with statutory commissioners regarding contracts and Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Well-developed team building skills.
