Main Objectives
  • Support the Remarketing operation by undertaking pre-sale, post-sale, and general sale administration tasks.
  • Manage stock inventory, over-age stock issues, and auction sale schedules.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and auction suppliers to ensure necessary documents are present and correct prior to sales.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting.
  • Manage used car sales orders, vehicle sales payments, and auction debt control.
Key Skills and Attributes
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a supplier account controller role.
  • Some automotive experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and good numeracy and written skills.
