Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales turnover to exceed targets and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales and customer engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock
- Maintain awareness of current and market trends
- Ensure all paperwork and policies are carried out efficiently
- Drive and deliver KPIs
Requirements
- Strong client base with a solid database of personal contacts
- Previous retail experience in the premium sector
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
- Excellent analytical skills and brand awareness
- Awareness of the local area
