About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team at AJ Bell Business Solutions Limited. As a key member of our Learning and Development function, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Training Sessions: Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions for new and existing employees, focusing on apprentice standards and CMI qualifications.
  • Training Administration: Administer the training feedback process, including creating questionnaires, issuing links to surveys, collating results, and producing monthly reports and training statistics.
  • Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate key data related to the return on investment/return on expectation for training events and learning programs.
  • Schedule Coordination: Support the coordination and maintenance of the schedule of company training events and activities, liaising with the wider L&D team and other external trainers.
  • Drop-in Session Leadership: Chair a weekly drop-in session to support queries related to the talent development program.
  • Coaching and Development: Conduct end-of-module coaching sessions to support the ongoing development of those enrolled onto the program.
  • Program Monitoring: Work with the Apprenticeship team to monitor and evaluate key data related to the return on investment/return on expectation for the talent development programs.
  • Talent Retention: Create and deliver a talent retention program for those unsuccessful candidates.
Requirements
  • Learning and Development Qualification: Possess a Learning and Development (CIPD Level 5) qualification.
  • Coaching Qualification: Hold a coaching qualification (Level 5 or work experience equivalent).
  • Talent Development Experience: Have previous experience of talent development training preparation, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess knowledge of regulatory training requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Hybrid Working
