Brewery Apprenticeship Opportunity

Hydes Brewery Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Brewer. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the brewing process from start to finish and develop a career in the brewing industry.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice Brewer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced brewers in the production of high-quality beers. This will include designing beer recipes, selecting raw materials and ingredients, understanding the brewing process, and ensuring the quality of our finished products.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • IT competence and good literacy and numeracy skills
