Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial AC Engineer and Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out service maintenance works on high-end commercial sites across Greater London
  • Providing a professional service to our clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems
  • Attending and completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works as scheduled, including breakdowns
  • Holding install experience (retrofit/system replacements)
  • Troubleshooting/fault finding on all A/C systems
  • Producing quotations for works/remedials following service visits
  • Working on Splits, VRFs, AHUs, and DX systems, as well as some Central Plant
  • Ensuring all FGAS paperwork is completed on sites and logbooks are updated in client premises
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • C&G 2079 Cat1 certification
  • NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification
  • F-Gas certification
  • A good mechanical and electrical background
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs
  • A sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities
  • The ability to work out of hours when required and participate in a scheduled callout rota
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • A UK driving license
  • A good understanding of IT packages, including Outlook, Word, etc.
