About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled AC/Refrigeration Engineer to join our team, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and a strong commitment to safety and excellence. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in the field, relevant qualifications, and a drive for personal development and professional progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executing PPM and reactive work orders in a timely manner, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with contract KPIs and SFG 20 requirements.
  2. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with the client's representatives, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
  3. Sharing valuable insights and recommendations with supervisors to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  4. Performing repairs and servicing on A/C units and commercial refrigeration units as required.
  5. Being available for overtime as needed to complete small works and PPM tasks.
  6. Collaborating effectively with the service delivery team, including Contract Managers, Supervisors, and Compliance System & Reporting Managers.

Requirements:

  1. A proven track record as an AC/Refrigeration Engineer with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience.
  2. Relevant qualifications, including Level 3 (6187) NVQ/City and Guilds/Cat 02 qualifications and F Gas Handling and Management (2079) certification.
  3. A drive for personal development and professional progression.
  4. The ability to work independently, solve problems, and collaborate within a team with a flexible approach.
