Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Resident Client Services Manager to join our team at Moda Living Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and resident engagement, working closely with the Marketing team, and overseeing all aspects of the resident's service experience.

About the Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for creating new partnerships, building relationships with the community, and showcasing the Moda brand. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that engage our residents and promote our brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resident engagement by consistently meeting the Moda service standard.">
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that engage our residents and promote our brand.">
  • Oversee all aspects of the resident's service experience, including troubleshooting processes and procedures and improving customer service quality.">
  • Follow the complaints procedure and provide training on handling sensitive customer service issues.">
  • Conduct a staff Rota for your department and arrange cover when necessary.">

Requirements:

  1. ">
  2. You must have demonstrable experience in a similar role (hospitality or private rental sector preferred).">
  3. You must be willing to go the extra mile and have strong creative skills.">
  4. You should have a good knowledge of local attractions and destinations, keeping up to date with trends and opportunities and using this to influence event strategy and direction.">
  5. You should be able to lead with the organization of on-site events.">

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
