Community Development Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Community Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for engaging young people through sports, group activities, and social action.
This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and communities in Lincolnshire. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver community-based sports and activity programs that promote personal development and a sense of belonging.
To succeed in this position, you should have relevant qualifications and experience in delivering community-based sports and activity programs. A warm and relational approach is essential, enabling you to create safe spaces where young people can thrive and grow.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 per annum, based on national standards for similar roles. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including excellent discount schemes, cycle-to-work options, and membership in the Civil Service Sports Council.
