We are seeking an experienced Clinical Medicines Coordinator to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. This is a stimulating and diverse role that offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a patient-centred environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of medicines management services to designated areas, including working in clinical environments with minimal supervision. A key aspect of this role is maintaining the Patient's Own Drug (POD) scheme according to trust policies.

As a Clinical Medicines Coordinator, you will work closely with our experienced Medicines Management team to provide high-quality care to patients across various community healthcare settings. You will have the opportunity to develop new skills, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to service transformation and change management initiatives.

This is a full-time position requiring regular travel across a large geographical area, so reliability, flexibility, and excellent time management skills are essential.
