Job Title: Learning & Development Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Trainer to join our team at Brainkind. As a Learning & Development Trainer, you will play a key role in creating an engaging learning environment for our staff, and delivering high-quality training to enhance our Learning and Development outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the quality of care and support delivered to our service users. You will have the chance to work with a dedicated team, and gain a full understanding of how the training you deliver impacts on our services.

As a Learning & Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering L&D interventions to different audiences, and creating a creative approach to deliver mandatory L&D solutions and management development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs to enhance Learning and Development outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and the impact of training on our quality of care
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create an engaging learning environment
  • Deliver training to different audiences, including staff and management
  • Develop and maintain a creative approach to deliver mandatory L&D solutions and management development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised training qualification (e.g. PTLLS, Cert in Education CIPD or equivalent)
  • MAYBO accredited (desirable)
  • Experience of designing and delivering L&D interventions to different audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide audience
  • Knowledge of the health and social care sector is desirable but not essential
