About the Opportunity:

In this Certified Surgical Technician role, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients undergoing surgical procedures. As a member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for preparing and managing surgical instruments, anticipating the needs of surgeons and anesthesiologists, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
  • Coordinate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Anticipate and respond to patient needs during procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
