Support Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate documents, coordinating billing processes, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. They will also contribute to team meetings, participate in internal projects, and collaborate with the Revenue team to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Qualifications:
Candidates must have extensive experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant in a professional services environment, ideally with legal experience. They should possess strong typing skills, a typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with 98% accuracy, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also vital for building effective relationships.
Annual Salary Range: £45,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience and location).
