As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations within our client's organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Assist with the recruitment process by creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Process new hire paperwork and conduct employee orientation sessions
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits and leave administration processes
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of payroll data
- Maintain HR databases and generate HR reports as required
- Provide general HR support to employees and management and address HR-related queries
- Administer performance management processes and assist with employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- A background within a HR Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
