Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Distinct Consultancy Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective sales coordination and business administration duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Receive and accurately process customer orders and enquiries, progressing them to completion and to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Purchasing and Stock Management:
    • Purchase items required to fulfill customer orders, in accordance with company procedures and purchasing guidelines.
    • Manage stock levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stock transfers are efficiently coordinated.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other general office duties.
    • Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Communication and Teamwork:
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
    • Work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Education:
    • NVQ 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent.
