We are hiring for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team. The Sales Coordinator will support the regional sales team with customer orders from receipt until shipping. Full training and support will be provided for the role.

**Some of the duties include**:
Support the designated regional sales team e.g. EMEA or Rest of Asia
Management of order book
Accept, process and progress customer orders, acknowledge and advise of any changes
Assist with creation and follow through of RMAs
Generation of all types of invoices (e.g. shipping, proforma, manual sales)
Act as the first point of contact for customers, distributors and remote Sales colleagues
Liaise with other departments including Production, Supply chain, Product support to ensure progress of orders

**The Sales Coordinator will have**:
5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grades A-C or NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification
1 year previous experience in an administration role which can include placement experience
Experience using Microsoft Office
Experience using databases
Knowledge and understanding of the sales order process

This permanent position is based on site at our Belfast headquarters.
