Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing outpatient procedures
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Previous experience working within a surgical ward
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
