We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Tradespeople Acquisition efforts across all markets where Instapro Group operates. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers by ensuring the growth and availability of tradespeople to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the product efforts for a team of back-end and front-end engineers, a product designer, a product analyst, and a UX researcher.
- Define key problems to solve and deliver impactful product solutions by understanding our customers' needs, business challenges, market trends, and competition and technology capabilities.
- Build products that maximize engagement and retention of tradespeople on our platform.
- Liaise with stakeholders, such as sales, operations, and marketing, to develop strategies for product launches.
- Use lean product methodologies to ideate, deliver, and measure the impact of product changes to improve.
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- Data-driven and user-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in acquisition teams is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple way.
- Fluency in English and willingness to work in an international and distributed team.
