Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to develop personalized learning plans, ensuring seamless continuity in student progression.
- Deliver high-quality lessons during teacher PPA time, promoting a culture of inclusivity and engagement.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential.
- Foster a nurturing atmosphere, recognizing individual needs and adapting support strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HLTA or similar role, with a strong understanding of SEN and effective support strategies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is £96,000 - £110,000 per annum, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and dedication.
