We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Assistant to join our dynamic team at Law Support.

This role will support the Associate Director of Legal Education and Development, providing essential day-to-day assistance to a growing team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional accuracy and attention to detail as well as strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Associate Director of Legal Education and Development.
  • Collaborating with the wider Legal Recruiting and Development team on various ad-hoc tasks.
  • Creating and managing attendance surveys and training records.
  • Checking and updating US training reports.
  • Performing system and data entry tasks.
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding.
  • Organising and tracking training sessions and compliance courses.
  • Supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and mentoring schemes.
  • Helping with attorney engagement activities and other related tasks.
