We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Advisor to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored health advice and support to customers, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
- Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, including ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collecting prescriptions.
- Comply with legal and professional requirements, as well as accepted guidance on professional practice in Boots.
- Engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items.
- Contribute to efficient dispensary operations and minimize dispensing losses.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services. You will also need to have a genuine passion for customer care and be able to build strong relationships with patients and your team.
