This role is responsible for delivering exceptional support for the BI product, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Helpdesk, logging and responding to calls to provide swift solutions to customers.
- Work within a scheduled support desk system to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with the Product Director to report progress and ensure inter-team dependencies are met.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve milestones and share knowledge to drive success.
- Develop expertise in the BI product to provide exceptional support and guidance.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in a Helpdesk role, with a strong understanding of Business Intelligence applications and tools.
Desirable Skills: Helpdesk software, SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL, written communication, problem-solving, time management, and commercial awareness.
Able to adapt quickly to new skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
