Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to join our team and drive quality excellence. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our ISO9001-compliant quality management system, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the quality team in developing and implementing strategies that drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  2. Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures that minimize waste and maximize sustainability.
  5. Implement waste reduction initiatives that benefit both our organization and the environment.

To excel in this role, you will require prior experience as a Quality Manager, leading high-performing teams and driving quality excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our organization's future.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on location), reflecting your exceptional skills and experience.
