**About the Role**

A highly skilled Quality Manager is required to drive excellence and lead a dedicated quality team. Reporting directly to management, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring product and process quality through engagement with customers and suppliers, driving continuous improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of leading a quality team and be at Quality Manager level. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining the quality management system in line with ISO 9001, providing leadership to the quality team, engaging with customers and suppliers to understand requirements, and driving continuous improvement throughout the business.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will require prior experience in leading a quality team and be at Quality Manager level. The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
