A leading Property Consultancy in Bristol is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Designer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, building surveying, or building services discipline, with a professional qualification and membership of an approved body.

As a Senior Principal Designer, you will be responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022, working with Housing Association and Local Authority clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, managing, monitoring, and coordinating health & safety across multiple sites.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Building Regulations within the construction industry.
  • Collaborating with clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have:

  • An excellent understanding of Health & Safety and Building Regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
