Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to complex automation problems. This will involve working with engineering colleagues to design and implement control systems for motion control equipment, as well as interpreting PLC codes and debugging issues.

Experience in developing solutions to complex automation needs is essential, with a track record of fault finding and modification to PLC programs for automated machinery. Knowledge of Siemens S7/TIA Portal and Allen Bradley Studio 5000 is also required, with experience using Structured language in both platforms being highly desirable.

A competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role, along with excellent benefits including private healthcare, life assurance, and a defined contribution pension scheme.
