Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Adult Education Course Promoter in the West Midlands. As part of Twin Employment & Training Ltd., you will be responsible for sourcing learners for adult education courses and promoting new and existing programs that align with company objectives and community needs.

The successful candidate will have a full UK driving license, access to a car during working hours, and be able to travel regularly across the West Midlands. This role is based in Birmingham, with opportunities to work in Coventry and Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing learners for adult education courses
  2. Actively promoting new and existing courses
  3. Maintaining strong relationships with local communities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to complete a one-hour online safeguarding training prior to commencing employment.
