As a Clinical Assessment Specialist at Maximus, you will utilize your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities or health conditions. These evaluations are crucial in determining the impact of these conditions on an individual's daily life.

Your responsibilities will include conducting telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life, producing detailed reports to aid the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in determining eligibility for benefits, and developing your clinical knowledge and assessment skills through regular feedback and supervision.

Key requirements for this role include a valid HCPC registration number, at least 1 year of post-registration experience gained within or outside of an NHS ambulance trust, and exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Maximus offers a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements, including a £37,800 annual salary, with the potential for a £1,500 additional skills allowance, and 25 days' holiday with the option to buy or sell 5 days.
