Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to support students with profound and multiple learning difficulties in a primary school setting in Lancaster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support that enables students to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to students with complex needs
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote student engagement and participation
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A passion for working with students with complex needs
- Experience working in an educational setting, preferably with students with special needs
