Business Operations Manager

With an impressive track record of growth, the need has arisen to recruit a highly competent and capable Office Manager, complimenting the existing management team as well as adding significant value across the operation.
The Role
As the most vital part of the team, you will not only be a champion in administrative skills but also play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office processes and creating a positive working environment. We are looking for someone who is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional leadership skills, a passion for renewable energy who has the willingness to learn and develop their understanding of the sector.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations of the office, ensuring robust control of processes and procedures creating an efficient and smooth workflow.
* Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and project management.
* Provide administrative support to Senior Management team, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
* Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, providing timely and relevant information to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in office management or a related field.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainability.
