Housing Support Professional

As a Tenancy Support Specialist with Home Group, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness to achieve their full potential. About the RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with daily living tasks to promote independence and goal achievement.
- Supporting customers to access external groups and agencies to build their support networks.
- Liaising with external agencies to provide comprehensive support services.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer support.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Enhanced DBS check (funded by us).
