About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with daily living tasks to promote independence and goal achievement.
  • Supporting customers to access external groups and agencies to build their support networks.
  • Liaising with external agencies to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer support.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Enhanced DBS check (funded by us).
