About the Job:
We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants or Support Workers who want to make a difference in people's lives. As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will have the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week, allowing you to maintain a positive work-life balance. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker. You will be responsible for supporting people to lead valued and fulfilled lives, working collaboratively with our team, and contributing to creating a safe and supportive environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance in challenging environments.

We offer an attractive salary of up to £13.50 per hour (inclusive of 12.07% Holiday Allowance Uplift), along with weekly pay, free meals, and parking. You will also receive a two-week paid induction, access to an app for easy shift booking, and opportunities for growth and movement within our organisation. Our goal is to ensure individuals lead good and meaningful everyday lives, with choice and control over their daily activities. We encourage independence and aim for individuals to move onto more independent living settings in the long term.

About Our Service:
Ann House is a 24/7 service operating with 12.5 hour standard shifts. Our service provides specialist care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We aim to ensure individuals lead good and meaningful everyday lives, with choice and control over their daily activities. We encourage independence and aim for individuals to move onto more independent living settings in the long term.
