Spa Receptionist Opportunity at Haulfryn - South

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Haulfryn - South. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage spa reservations, appointments, and bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide information about spa services, promotions, and products to guests, promoting our offerings and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with other spa team members to deliver a seamless guest experience, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Adhere to spa policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.
