About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure seamless workflows.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff, managing inventory, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Operate and maintain forklift and warehouse equipment
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full 5-year clean work history and DBS check
  • Counterbalance forklift licence (refreshed within the last 2 years)
  • Reach truck licence and X-ray operator experience (training available)
