Job Summary:

Huboo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our inbound operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and checking all deliveries into the warehouse, working closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure accuracy, and liaising with stakeholders regarding stock queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving and checking all deliveries into the warehouse
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of goods
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding stock queries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the Forklift Truck Drivers to support with large deliveries and ensure efficient stock movement
  • Disperse stock requests and goods in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a clean and tidy Inbound area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Perform other warehouse duties as requested by the Site Manager or Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Previous experience working in inbound logistics or a similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
