Marketplace Executive Role

As a seasoned Amazon and Ebay expert, you will be responsible for elevating the brand presence on these platforms. Your mission will be to optimize product listings, identify market trends, and devise innovative campaigns that captivate Amazon and Ebay shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Management: Manage daily operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and B&Q, ensuring that product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share, including promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and stock management.
  • Content Optimization: Create and enhance product content—titles, descriptions, images, and keywords—to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to maintain stock levels, avoid stockouts, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Compliance & Account Health: Ensure all marketplace activities adhere to platform policies, maintaining account health and minimizing the risk of suspensions or penalties.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure marketplace strategies are aligned with broader company goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and/or B&Q.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing product listings, pricing, and inventory.
  • A proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
