We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Transport Planner to join our team at Access Talent Group, a leading transport planning and infrastructure design consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing transportation plans and strategies for various civil engineering projects.
  • Preparing transport planning reports and technical notes.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Monitoring project budgets and financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree or apprenticeship.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A proven track record in delivering successful projects on time and to budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (including Excel and Word).
  • Experience working with Junctions 9/10, TRICS, and TEMPRO.
  • Knowledge of government transport policy and guidelines.
  • Understanding of transport planning principles.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong time and budget management skills.
  • Experience with LINSIG and result interpretation.
  • AutoCAD and AutoTrack proficiency.
  • Masters Degree in Transport or Relevant Field.
  • Professional Membership of an appropriate institution (e.g., MCIHT).
