Skanska UK Plc is one of the world's leading project development and construction groups, and we are currently recruiting for a Senior Road Site Manager to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a Senior Road Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a 10-mile dual carriageway and ensuring that it is completed to the highest standards.

You will be supported by the Section Engineer and will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to deliver the project. Your key responsibilities will include contributing to planning the construction of the dual carriageway and ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the design and contract scopes.

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree level qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience. You should also have formal training in Health & Safety and Environmental management, as well as competence with digital tools. A full UK driving licence is required for our highways projects, and you must have legal right to work in the UK.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
