Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce & Online Trading Manager to join our ecommerce team. As a key member, you will work closely with the Marketing department, taking ownership of campaign execution and leading communication with all digital marketing channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliates, Influencer, CRM and Social).

  • Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metrics.
  • Daily monitoring of the competitor landscape, reacting to trading updates and proposing changes.
  • Supporting commercial strategy for our brands, determining campaign briefs, pricing and discount strategy.
  • Deep diving into brand on-site experiences and customer journey optimisation.
  • Operating as a specialist for customer expectations and demands, feeding insights back to digital channels to optimise channel marketing strategy.
Requirements

We require:

  • Strong commercial awareness and numbers-driven skills.
  • Fluent Italian language skills.
  • First experience in e-commerce, start-ups or agencies handling online strategies and marketing channels.
  • Self-organised, analytical and comfortable presenting at all levels.
  • Able to think creatively and commercially.
  • Excited to take on operational activities with a motivated international team.
