The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled sales professional to join our team as Head of Business Development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion, identifying new opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with key customers and partners
  • Lead the direction and expansion of our sales department
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their value to customers
  • Work closely with our product development team to identify new product opportunities and develop sales strategies to support their launch
  • Manage and maintain a database of hot leads and warm leads, and develop strategies to convert them into sales

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in face-to-face and e-comms sales. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
