Senior Land Acquisition Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to join our Land Team at Chartway Group Ltd. As a Senior Land Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land opportunities, overseeing negotiations, and evaluating development potentials and site feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out land opportunities through enquiries, searches, and direct approaches
- Oversee negotiations and evaluate development potentials and site feasibility
- Prepare offers for submission and prepare Land Purchase Approval Packs for submission to the board for approval
- Attend regular Land Meetings with the Land Team and Land Director and update the wider business teams on potential acquisitions/negotiations
- Prepare and circulate New Site briefing notes to colleagues
Requirements:
- Experience in Land Acquisition from a private developer
- Excellent IT and organisation skills
- Sound understanding of the planning system and procedures
- Good knowledge of the regional area and associated markets
- MRICS status and a Real Estate Management or another property-related degree would be advantageous
