Chartway Partnerships Group is a leading South East land-led housebuilder, specialising in the development of new homes and communities in partnership with housing associations, landowners, and fund managers. Right now, due to our growth plans, we are looking for a Land Buyer, to join our growing Land Team on a permanent contract out of our offices in Coxheath, Kent.

You’ll be responsible for running appraisal scenarios on new pipleline sites, updating and managing the group land tracker and supporting the legal and compliance processes for site purchases i.e. drafting Board purchase packs, drafting and reviewing Heads of Terms, reading land purchase contracts, responding to enquiries.

You’ll come from a similar position, with experience in Land Acquisition, ideally from a private developer. Excellent IT and organisation skills, be organised, and have a sound understanding of the planning system & procedures, and a good knowledge of the regional area and associate markets.
