SEN Teaching Assistant Position

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Havering Education Services.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000.
This role involves working as a 1:1 teaching assistant for a child with speech, language, and communication needs. You will be responsible for supporting the child's learning and development, working closely with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, able to build and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. They will be committed to working as part of a team and will have a calm, kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children with SEND.
