BIM Coordinator

Owning to continued sustainable growth, our in-house Design team is seeking a skilled BIM Co-Ordinator to join them on a permanent basis in Inverness.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and guidance to our existing Quality Assurance, Design, and Project teams on all BIM related matters.
- Develop the necessary processes and templates for the successful implementation of our BIM procedures.
- Assess client BIM requirements and ensure that these are met in full.
- Prepare BIM Execution Plans.
- Develop BIM management processes and templates for projects.
- Research and trial additional tools that will complement our Design/BIM process.
- Attend client project meetings.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and UK building construction fundamentals.
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360, Revit, and Navisworks Manage is desirable.
- UK Driving Licence.
