BIM Co-Ordinator Job Description

Owning to continued sustainable growth, our in-house Design team is seeking a skilled BIM Co-Ordinator to join them on a permanent basis in Inverness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to our existing Quality Assurance, Design, and Project teams on all BIM related matters.
  • Develop the necessary processes and templates for the successful implementation of our BIM procedures.
  • Assess client BIM requirements and ensure that these are met in full.
  • Prepare BIM Execution Plans.
  • Develop BIM management processes and templates for projects.
  • Research and trial additional tools that will complement our Design/BIM process.
  • Attend client project meetings.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of ISO 19650 and UK building construction fundamentals.
  • Good working knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360, Revit, and Navisworks Manage is desirable.
  • UK Driving Licence.
