We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Career Teacher to join our reputable primary school community. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences for our students, while working collaboratively with our school team to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our primary students.
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their academic performance.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide high-quality academic support for our students.
  • School Events and Activities: Participate in school-related events, performances, and parent-teacher meetings, demonstrating a commitment to our school community.
  • Safeguarding and Welfare: Adhere to our safeguarding policies, promoting the welfare and safety of all children in our care.
  • Classroom Management: Employ effective classroom management strategies to maintain an orderly and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold QTS or equivalent, with a recognized teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • Classroom Management and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners, and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with parents, staff, and students.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Possess a sound understanding of the national curriculum and its application in the classroom.
  • Adaptability and Passion: Be able to adapt teaching styles to accommodate different learning styles and demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives.
